Nonrefundable Deposits Are Not Reimbursable

I am now able to process your payments with a personal check, bank check, or a credit card once you have signed the disclaimer below and returned it to me with your signature/date and requested paperwork. This will be a binding contract that you understand your payment obligations and all the nonrefundable policies. 

Personal and Bank checks will get a % discount on trip cost, (except if there is a tipping kitty involved in the trip-those funds are paid separately as they do not come to either myself or the affiliate). Credit Card payments are slightly higher to cover the % charged for the convenience of using your card. Please see the payment plans that come with the registration package for each journey. 

These payments hold your place, and serve to reserve places in our chosen hotels, van services, sacred sites and hired ground crews at our international locations. Contracts need to be signed at least a year in advance from the travel dates. Payments need to be wire transferred to honor my contract obligations at specific times leading up to the journey. 

Once wire transfers are sent those funds are not refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is recommended should something arise with your health, family, work and/or should you need to cancel for another reason. The travel insurance will be the one to reimburse you, not Starwalker Visions-Sacred Travel or any of my affiliates.

• Nonrefundable deposits are nonrefundable.

• Nonrefundable deposits cannot be applied towards another individual's payment or someone you have chosen to replace you.

• If I can fill your space, deposits are still nonrefundable.

• Deposits are required to hold your place on journeys.

• Once payments are wired to meet my contract obligations, they are not refundable.
